Responsibilities
MWB provides the platform interface, account functions, content review and coordination features described in the Terms of Service. Merimei Studio may also provide separately agreed project coordination, professional connections, project-team coordination or related business support. Any fees, responsibilities and deliverables require separate agreement. Joining MWB or participating in a platform activity does not itself guarantee work, funding, payment or a particular project result. Any payment, deliverable or other contractual obligation that parties separately agree remains governed by that separate agreement. MWB does not process payments or provide escrow through the platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted claims.
Intellectual property
Members retain the rights they legally hold in their original content and contributions. Submitting an idea does not automatically transfer intellectual-property ownership to MWB or Merimei Studio. The platform's software, branding, design and original MWB materials remain subject to their respective rights. Any separate commercial licence or rights transfer requires an appropriate agreement where applicable. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Applicable law
Ghanaian law is intended to apply, subject to final legal review and mandatory legal requirements.
